Q&A for customers

I made an order before the bankruptcy, but the order was never delivered to me. How do I get my money back?

Orders placed before the bankruptcy are not handled by the new IVALO.COM company.

The brand from which the product was ordered should send you the ordered product normally.

However, if that's not possible the unreturned money is part of the bankruptcy estate's funds. We recommend contacting the bankruptcy trustee once one has been appointed by the district court. The trustee's task is to handle the liquidation of the company's assets and their distribution to creditors. Unfortunately, at this point we are unable to comment on how much, how, and on what timeline customers may possibly receive money back from the bankruptcy estate. We will announce the trustee's information on this website as soon as we receive it.

I have returned my product before the bankruptcy, but the return process has been left incomplete. How do I get my money back?

Incomplete returns related to orders placed before the bankruptcy are part of the bankruptcy estate.

IVALO.COM’s former assets are managed by the bankruptcy trustee. Once appointed, the trustee’s contact information will be published on this website. We also recommend contacting the brand directly to ask whether they are able to
complete the return independently.

I want to return the product I received from an order placed before the bankruptcy, can I return the product and get my money back?

In this situation, the unreturned money is part of the bankruptcy estate's funds.

If your payment was made with a credit card or through an invoicing service, we recommend contacting that party regarding your personal invoice; whether, with the above-mentioned information, they could cancel the outstanding receivable.

Can I get my money back for an unused gift card purchased before the bankruptcy?

The situation with gift cards in bankruptcy is unfortunate, but unfortunately you usually will not get your money back in full. When a company goes bankrupt, the gift card holder is a so-called ordinary bankruptcy creditor.

Q&A for brand partners & business partners

We have pending brand payments. How do we get our money?

Outstanding payments related to operations prior to the bankruptcy are part of the bankruptcy estate and are handled by the bankruptcy trustee.

Pearl & Start Enterprises's operations have been transferred to the possession of the bankruptcy estate and former outstanding payment to the brand is part of this bankruptcy estate's debt. The administrator will liquidate the company's assets and distribute them to creditors. At this point we are unable to comment on how much, how, and on what timeline brands may possibly receive money back from the bankruptcy estate. We will announce the administrator's contact information as soon as we receive it, and we have informed the bankruptcy estate of the debts owed to the brands.

We have sent you an invoice from our platform, but we haven't received the payment. Are you going to pay for it?

Invoices related to the period before the bankruptcy are part of the bankruptcy estate’s liabilities. The trustee will assess claims and distribute available assets to creditors.
