Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders over 200€.
Standard delivery fee is 5,99€ / order.
Why hasn’t my order been shipped already?
All brands have their own estimated shipping times. You’ll find this information from all brands and products from the product site from the “Shipping” -tab.
Some of the brands also have items that are made-to-order, which means they’re manufactured only after the order is placed and might take longer than usual shipping times. This is also always mentioned in the description.
Can all of my items be shipped as one delivery?
All orders placed via IVALO.COM are shipped from brands’ own warehouses. Therefore if you place an order with items from more than one brand, they will be delivered as separate shipments.

How much does the shipping cost?
Free shipping for orders over 200€.
Standard delivery fee is 5,99€/order.
Even though IVALO.COM orders are delivered directly from the brands' own warehouses, you will pay only one delivery fee / order.
The standard delivery fee applies to Finland, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
If you place an order outside the above mentioned countries, the shipping fee will be calculated once you've entered your address in the shopping cart and proceeded to checkout.
Should I be worried about customs?
Our brands ship within the EU and their warehouses are mainly located here as well.
If your item is shipped outside of the EU (KOMODO - UK), the sender will clear the customs. If you have any questions or you’re unsure about anything customs related, kindly reach out to our customer service for further assistance.
Shipping methods
What shipping method do you use?
FedEx is our main shipping method, but it varies from brand to brand. You will receive a tracking for your order on the confirmation e-mail of your order. When you click the tracking link, you will be redirected to the delivery company’s site that the brand uses.
Where are the orders shipped from?
We don't have our own warehouse for IVALO.COM orders. All the items you order are shipped directly from the brands’ own warehouses.
Our brands are mainly located in EU, however there are some exceptions (KOMODO - UK).
